This position is responsible for all building maintenance and repair activities to include the interior and exterior of buildings, residences, office areas and mechanical systems related to The Timbers Club. Maintain all areas in a safe and proper working condition.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous maintenance or property management in luxury hotel or residences including building and grounds maintenance, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, masonry, heating and air conditioning, and pools and hot tubs.
Experience with electric and small hand tools such as a power saw or drill, basic understanding of plumbing, electric, appliances and carpentry.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record to be checked through insurance.
CPO license required (must obtain within first six months of employment if not already licensed).
Effectively communicate both verbally and written in English, with all levels of members, guests, and staff in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
Available to work flexible schedule, including nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays based on Timbers Club occupancy and needs.
Ability to take and follow directions and respond to multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.
Accuracy, attention to detail, and professionalism are mandatory while performing all duties and in contact with members, guests, staff and vendors.
- Club Assistantfull time
This position is to provide maximum levels of personalized service, shuttle transportation, luggage handling and storage, and other designated services in accordance with the goals, standards and mission of Timbers Club.

QUALIFICATIONS
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record to be checked through insurance; CDL is not required.
18 years of age to be a covered driver through insurance.

Ability to climb stairs, bend over, reach and stretch to load heavy luggage on to bell carts and into vehicles, including bicycles onto bike racks on vehicles.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds.
Push, pull bell carts and use hand trucks to move rolling wardrobes.
Driving Timbers Club vehicles in varying weather conditions including snow, ice and rain.
Regularly work outdoors with adverse conditions with exposure to outdoor elements or a combination of both indoors and outdoors and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces.
Mobility within the town of Snowmass Village and the City of Aspen and the entire Timbers Club property. - Housekeeperfull time
This position will perform all functions as they pertain to the cleanliness and upkeep of the residences, common areas and Timbers Club property as a whole. Housekeepers will provide the best and friendliest service to our members, guests and staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
Ability to communicate; basic understanding of English preferred.
Experience working with the public.

Ability to do several tasks at one time and maintain consistency, efficiency and uphold high standards of cleanliness, order and organization.WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The primary work areas are the residences with kitchen, bedroom(s), bathroom(s), etc; property hallways, stairways, and elevators; housekeeping office, and housekeeping closets; outbuildings; lounge; administration offices; gym; and other areas of Timbers Club property, including the outdoor grounds.
Regularly pass through outdoors with adverse conditions with exposure to outdoor elements or a combination of both indoors and outdoors and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces.
Extensive contact with cleaning chemicals and other tools required for cleaning units and other areas of Timbers Club property.
Standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting, reaching, stretching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, walking, climbing stairs and other repetitive movements; up to 50 pounds.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Ability to walk long distances and be on feet most of the day.
